Use this order form to place a custom order, or to add personalization to an order you've just placed from our website.

For product orders which are on our site and allow personalization, first place your order online and then you may use this form to inform us of what exactly the item is and what personalization is needed.

For custom orders, your order will be processed directly through this form. We will contact you with a price estimate once we receive this form. Please include the following information in the comment section:

• Item description (exactly what the item is and its size). Additional information or photo examples may be requested by NorthCountry Products in a subsequent email response.
• Quantity (please include a number, even if it's just 1, to avoid any confusion)
• Timeline (do you need to receive this product by a particular date or just "as soon as possible")
• Budget (what price range are you hoping to stay within or what are you willing to spend)
